P90X Get Fit Challenge

STARTS JULY 26th!

Get fit and lean with the support and motivation of a group!

This challenge is 1 hour, 3 days per week for 6 weeks. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday a group of 6 women meet to workout, motivate, support and challenge each other to reach their individual goals. This video program has fabulous reviews and is made for a range of fitness levels and goals.

Your workout intensity, level and goals are set by each woman individually, but the workout is with the group and will be highly motivating and a rewarding experience to share.

** NEW FITNESS FORUM FOR PARTICIPANTS - SHARE YOUR PROGRESS AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER DURING THIS CHALLENGE! **

The space is limited to 6 women. If we have more interested, we will work on adding more challenges.

This is held in a beautiful private gym in SoMa bordering the Financial District. Showers and lockers available so you can go straight to work after, if needed.

Each woman will need to sign a release of liability and have a doctor release to participate.

We want to make this available and affordable to all women, so the cost is minimal (a little over $8 per workout) compared to boot camps or gym memberships.

The cost for this challenge per City Girl is $25 per week for the 6 weeks. Due to limited space and commitment, the fee is non-refundable or transferable.

Please check out the P90X website for full details on the program, what is required and make sure to check out the Fit Test checklist, we will be doing the Fit Test at the first class.

  • Heart rate monitor
  • Exercise Resistance Bands
  • Running shoes
  • Towel
  • Water
  • Your "Bring It" game face
