Foodies cook Thai!

Foodies attending: Mel, Brook, Becky, Christy

*Mel is making veggie noodle salad with peanut sauce and  a cocktail that goes with Thai food.

*Brook is making chicken basil fried rice


Hey Ladies, This event is always a fun girls night together and a fantastic way to learn new dishes of different nationalities that didn't just come from a cookbook.

Our May event was Latin, oh so yummy. Everyone tried new dishes and did a fabulous job. July, we are trying our hand at Thai cuisine.
 
What to bring:
  1. Everyone cooks a dish to share. Please post on the Social forum the dish you're making, so we don't have duplicates and have a range of yummy dishes. 
  2. Placesetting (plate, knife, fork and wine glass)
  3. 15 copies of your recipe to hand out.
  4. If you have it, a story of how you came across this recipe. If you don't have one, you can make up a fun story :)
